HSE Manager required for Aramco, KSA!
1. Minimum 10 years’ experience as a safety
manager in construction or similar industry Aramco approval will be an advantage
2. I Dip Nebosh / CSP / or equivalent LEVEL 6 and
GRAD IOSH Membership mandatory
3. Managing a team of HSE officers, supervisors and
supporting to ensure objectives are met
4. Undertake ES&H site assurance visits /
inspections to monitor Client Duties and that of our external Principal
Contractors, Designers and others to fulfil their duties
5. Provide professional ES&H advice, guidance,
training and implement the client/contractor ES&H strategy, engaging and
supporting the project team
6. Undertake ES&H audits/inspections, tracking
trends
7. Support the contractor to develop contractor
owned ES&H Improvement plans when intervention is required
8. Be an ambassador for ES&H and help everyone
understand how they can champion ES&H as part of their role on the project
9. Champion the ongoing improvements of the
customers ES&H Management Systems in accordance with the requirements of
ISO 14001, 45001, OHSAS 18001.
10. Supports the contractor with serious incident
investigations, establish if lessons-learned are implemented, and strive to
influence ES&H best practice across the various locations
11. Monitor changes in legislation and best practice
to ensure continuing legal compliance and best practices
12. Participate in the ES&H risk-review
process, attend site team meetings and provide health and safety briefings to
increase ES&H awareness and engagement
13. Drive and influence best practice, ES&H
innovation, and continuous improvement

I am currently recruiting for a Senior HSE Manager
to work for a large main contractor based in the UAE.
My client is looking for a candidate who has
specifically headed up a large scale building project for a main contractor.
Candidates must have a track record of managing projects in the Middle East.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a well established contractor.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
required along with necessary HSE training certificates. Due to the client
requirements preference will be given to Western nationals.
Budget is up to 55k all in.
