HSE Officer Required for Golden Group of Companies - Oman

Perform safety and occupational health management, surveillance, inspections, and safety enforcement and training.

 Health and Safety Officers must be able to perform all essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation. Duties and responsibilities include:

Maintain applicable safety reference material on the job site 

Provide leadership for all safety personnel assigned to project.

Primary site investigator on behalf of Project Manager.

Assists clients site Health and Safety Manager in preparation of audits.

Performs duties in accordance with company health and safety program procedures 

Conducts daily site inspections.

Reports and documents incidents and issues related to site safety.

Assists the project Health and Safety Manager with regard to incident investigations.

Coordinates daily site wide tasks with Project Supervisor addressing safety concerns and resolutions.

Supervises all site monitoring activities.

Ensures all training for site is accomplished and current.

Preparing and presenting daily safety meetings.

Qualificaion and Experience

A Bachelors Degree/Diploma in a related discipline is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 

Should have a minimum 2-5 yrs gulf experience.
