Function: HSE Dept.
Experience required: Min. 8 years and above (Experience in Chemical /Automobile / Engineering / Renewable industry is preferred)
Educational Qualification: Full time BE – Mechanical / Chemical / IP + DIS from RLI / PGDIS / ME- IS /CSP from reputed institution.
Lead Auditor certificate on OHSAS & EMS and NEBOSH will have added advantage
Job Description:
To implement & Sustain the Health Safety & Environment management system and to ensure Zero Accidents and Zero Non Compliance on Manufacturing process
|
To do risk assessment and aspect impact assessment and journey risk assessment
|
To design and implement risk and impact mitigation measures
|
To demonstrate Emergency Management plan
|
To ensure 100% compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements
|
To maintain the site as an healthy and safe and environment friendly work place
|
To manage day to day HSE requirements and to meet the requirements of internal / external customers
|
To develop and practice safe work practices
|
To develop and conduct HSE training to all employees and contractors
|
To control visitors, transporters and contractors on HSE ground
|
To implement and maintain all applicable HSE procedures developed by corporate and to develop and implement internal procedures and instruct ructions
|
To develop / coordinate and conduct HSE awareness and motivational programs
|
To ensure fire prevention and fire protection
|
To maintain the site, facility, equipment’s in safe condition
|
2. Vacancy for the post of Trainer - HSE Dy. Manager / Manager (1 No.) in our HSE training center located at Padallam, Kancheepuram dist., Tamilnadu.
Position: Trainer -HSE Dy. Manager / Manager
Function: HSE Dept.
Experience required: Min. 8 years and above (Experience in Engineering / Renewable industry and experience in HSE training is preferred)
Educational Qualification: Full time BE – Mechanical / Chemical / IP + DIS from RLI / PGDIS / ME- IS /CSP from reputed institution.
Training knowledge on Height rescue, work at height, First aid / CPR, Risk assessment, SOP’s, basic and advanced fire fighting, environmental training, etc., is expected.
