Position: HSE Engineer / Sr. Engineer
Function: Logistics and ware house
Experience required: 3 to 5 years (Experience in Logistics / transportation safety is preferred)
Educational Qualification: DME / BE – Mechanical Plus DIS / PGDIS / ME- IS
Travel Required: Yes (Within India when and where required)
Knowledge on OHSAS & EMS preferred
Job Profile:
To implement & Sustain the Health Safety & Environment management system and to ensure Zero Accidents and Zero Non Compliance on logistics function

To do risk assessment and aspect impact assessment and journey risk assessment
|
To design and implement risk and impact mitigation measures
|
To develop & implement Emergency Management plan for external warehouse and logistics function
|
To ensure 100% compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements
|
To maintain the site as an healthy and safe and environment friendly work place
|
To manage day to day HSE requirements and to meet the requirements of internal / external customers
|
To develop and practice safe work practices on logistics and ware house functions
|
To develop and conduct HSE training to all employees and contractors
|
To control visitors, transporters and contractors on HSE ground
|
To implement and maintain all applicable HSE procedures developed by corporate and to develop and implement internal procedures and instruct ructions to manage logistics functions
|
To develop / coordinate and conduct HSE awareness and motivational programs
|
To ensure fire prevention and fire protection
|
To maintain the site, facility, equipment’s in safe condition
|
To eradicate unsafe acts and conditions on day to day basis.
